Studio Information and Policies

COVID-19 precautions:

-*please RESCHEDULE your appointment if you: have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or any new or worsening respiratory symptoms (not related to seasonal allergies), have been in contact with anyone confirmed or suspected of COVID-19 in the past 14 days

-upon entering the studio and prior to leaving the studio, please use the hand sanitizer

 

For our online shop:

-orders are placed with credit card only.

-at this time, we do not ship orders and are only able to provide pickup/delivery in Saskatoon, SK.

-to qualify for free delivery in Saskatoon, your order must be $50.00 CAD or more. Orders for delivery under $50 CAD are an additional $5.00.

-there are no refunds or returns offered for any products purchased in our online shop at this time.

For any appointments that take place in our studio:

-appointments are booked using our online booking system only.

-a valid credit card is required when booking an appointment, to hold your appointment spot.

-current payment methods accepted: e-transfer, credit, and debit. Cash is not an accepted form of payment at this time due to COVID-19.

-due to the nature of the services being provided, there are NO guests or children permitted at your appointment.

-if this is your first time getting a service done, please look at the treatment information on our website to see if the service is appropriate and safe for you. Please also review the pre and post care instructions on this website, as it is crucial to follow for best results. Please come 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete your service forms/waivers.

-there are no refunds or returns offered for any services performed.

-please note that online booking prices do not contain applicable taxes.

For our courses, education, and training:

-online training course materials that are purchased, are sent automatically to your email after purchase.

-your deposit to hold your course spot is non-refundable.

-there are no refunds or returns offered once a course is purchased.

-all educational and course content is intellectual property of Studio LaLuna Beauty.

-materials used in connection with Studio LaLuna Beauty's courses may be subject to copyright protection.  Materials may include, but are not limited to: documents, slides, images, audio, and video.  Materials in the courses are only for the use of students enrolled in the course, for purposes associated with this course, and may not be retained for longer than the class term. Unauthorized retention, duplication, distribution, or modification of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited by law.
-the entire content of Studio LaLuna Beauty's courses, including brands, logos, drawings, licences, product or company names, text, images etc., is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Studio LaLuna Beauty.

-Studio LaLuna Beauty  shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information from courses.

Cancellation Policy:

Please respect our time. Your appointment is for your exclusive use. If you cancel or reschedule on short notice, it is extremely difficult or impossible to fill that appointment spot and often it goes unfilled.

*24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.*

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment before 24 hours before your appointment, there is NO CHARGE.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, your credit card will be billed for 50% of your appointment cost. 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours of your appointment time, your credit card will be billed for 75% of your appointment cost. 

If you no-show for your appointment: your credit card will be billed for 100% of your appointment cost. 

 

These charges are non-refundable.

 

There is a range of reasons for cancelling an appointment. In order to be consistent with all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, or a natural disaster.

 

Late Policy:

If you are less than 15 minutes late, there is NO CHARGE, but please understand that due to time constraints, we may be unable to perform the full service or treatment.

If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered a NO SHOW and your credit card will be charged the full 100% of the appointment cost.

These charges are non-refundable.
